Statistical InformationThe Statistics page shows, on a daily basis, the total number of corporations and limited liability companies registered with the Corporation Commission. It provides further breakdowns, such as the number of foreign and domestic corporations; profits and non-profits; and the number of delinquent and administratively dissolved corporations on file. In addition, Monthly, Calendar YTD, and Fiscal YTD information is provided for Corporations & L.L.C.s added to the system, Amendments, Name Changes, Mergers, Annual Reports, Extensions, Reinstatements, Microfilm, and Name Reservations. The Date field represents a snapshot of statistics that were tallied on that date. If there are no totals for the date submitted then the program will show the statistical information most recently recorded prior to the date entered. The Prev and Next buttons provide a convenient means to change the Date field in increments of one day. To return to the main menu, use the links on the bottom of each screen, or your browser's BACK button.
